Service Options

OPTION 1: 12 Week Mental Master Program
This program is recommended for clients who are seeking a structured approach. Each week a new theme will be discussed, with the final week serving as an opportunity for the client to teach all of the knowledge learned throughout the program—to prove they have “mastered” the material. After the 12 weeks we will discuss what would be best going forward.

OPTION 2: 12 Week Open-Ended Program
This program is recommended for clients looking for a less structured approach. It is a client-driven program, which allows the client to discuss topics that are relevant to them. After the 12 weeks we will discuss what would be best going forward.

OPTION 3: Annual Retainer
This is recommended for elite athletes who play their sport year round. The retainer includes a weekly time-slot, attendance at performances, and unlimited text, email, and cell phone use. The “Mental Master” program is rolled into the annual retainer. After the year, we will discuss what would be best going forward.

Why did we pick the word CORE?

1) The core of the body is the most important foundation for exercisers. Often exercisers have to strengthen their core if they are going to have success. The mental CORE takes the same approach and needs to be strengthened. Just as you work on your body’s core, Brian will work with you on your mental CORE.

2) We all have a core set of attributes that lead to strengths and a core set of attributes that lead to weaknesses. Brian believes it’s important to work on your core strengths and enhance those attributes. It is also important to work on your core weaknesses so that you learn how to handle adverse situations. Ultimately, this gets at your “personal core”.

Getting Dunked On

We make fun of NBA players who get dunked on, as if it's an embarassment, yet all of the greats have had it happen to them. Getting dunked on should be a right of passage, not an opportunity to exile.
